Wilderness Lodge - Area Music

Posted by Horizons , 03 March 2009 · 6,482 views

Resorts
Loop runs 51:20

The main area music loop (Zone 1) plays at the entrance, throughout the lobby, the restrooms adjacent to the Whispering Canyon Cafe, the Wilderness Lodge Mercantile, the bus depot, and all around the Villas at the Wilderness Lodge, including the Hidden Springs Pool.

As far as I can tell, there are three other "zones" throughout the lodge, each playing a different music loop.

Zone 2: Silver Creek Springs, Roaring Fork Snacks

Zone 3: Whispering Canyon Cafe

Zone 4: Artist Point and adjacent restrooms

Previously, there was a playlist distributed by WDI that identified 29 tracks that made up the music in Zone 1. A recording of this loop has not surfaced, although there is at least one inaccurate reconstruction in general circulation. The front desk is still passing out the old playlist which, by the way, is also not accurate.

A big thanks to thx99 for helping compile the playlist, including finding the source for Grand Panorama, to management at the Wilderness Lodge for providing the initial lead, and to Jay for identifying that the loop was in alphabetical order. The playlist would not be complete without their help.

Okay, I gave you credit for noticing the insanity once again.

For Zone 3: Whispering Canyon Cafe - I ate there a couple nights ago. Wasn't able to take notes because of the birthday situation at the time (my brothers). But did notice the music a bit. I do remember several songs from the CD "The Best of Country Sing the Best of Disney" and I think I remember hearing a harmonica version of Amazing Grace.

To the various tracks have definitive breaks between them or do some tracks fade into others?
