Au Chalet de Marionette is a Bavarian-style restaurant serving such delights as chicken and burgers (although in the early days of the park, the menu was far more appropriate to the setting with the Bavarian sausage a real delight). 
Now it's more of a similar nature to other fast-snack restaurants in the park.
Leaving aside that Collodi's Pinocchio is set in Tuscany...............
There is a Bavarian music style loop that plays here.
Running time not yet available but appears to be around the usual 60 minute mark.
Only one track has been edited. All the others play in full (track 14).
Full recognition and thanks must go to Needmagic who managed to obtain the official listing for us from DLRP and also a live reference recording (September 2010) to check it to.
A word of caution.
Official lists do, on occasions, contain errors and, on first glance, this one seemed wrong.
In particular, the tracks Auf'm Volkfest, Andulka Aus and Spatzen Polka do NOT appear on the same album as reported by DLRP (so it seemed).
BUT there is another CD (deleted) from 1989 which consists of just 8 tracks and does have these tracks on it. To confuse matters further, it also has the exact same title.
So the tracks from Fête de la Bière are gathered from two CDs with the same name.

Bal Champêtre Tyrolien appears to be discontinued as does "A Tyrolien Evening" and "All the best from Austria & Switzerland" although they may be for sale second hand on Amazon (they were at the time of writing on 30th June 2009). After the comment from sros, I'm pleased to say that the All the Best from Austria and Switzerland HAS been re-released under the title "Austria and Switzerland - 20 Favourites".
Bal Champêtre Tyrolien had sound samples available here (but only when the CD is in stock) http://www.chapitre....ien,484973.aspx but, again, "not available at present" but you can register with them in case it gets a reprint.
There are copies still available at Amazon - Rustic Dances from the Tyrol
This was first released C1990 (source http://library.cityo...from the Tyrol[sound+recording]&index=ALTITLE ) but you may need to be a library member to view the details. This only has the CD referenced under title, artist and date of first issue as the Library have a copy of it (it's their entry in the NSW Library catalogue). It's not available for buying, only borrowing if you live in NSW Australia but it's where I found the issue date.
