The Hotel Disneyland is the showpiece of the hotels at Disneyland Paris.
The lobby has a magnificent staircase to the first floor (everyone takes a photo doing the grand entrance, you can't resist it)
The standard rooms are slightly larger and have a table! There are also two wash basins in the bathroom.
Breakfast is a running buffet (nice too) and Disney characters are found waiting for you outside the restaurant (with a photographer). They are usually main characters with a few lesser ones floating around. A nice start to the day.
The air in the hotel is scented with "Disneyland Bouquet" - available from reception as sachets (for wardrobe use) or a spray bottle for rooms. It is rather expensive (13Euro for 2 impregnated cards or around 70Euro for the spray). I bought both
The Hotel lobby (and, at one time, the toilets in the rooms - complete with volume control next to the toilet roll - but they got switched off) plays a loop directly from the CD "The Disney Collection Volume 1" - the 1991 issue.

Maybe a little disappointing for such a setting.
This CD has played there for the last 4 years to my knowledge but, being a CD, there is always the possibility that they change it on occasions (I suspect at Christmas, for instance)or even from month to month or season to season.
DavidG reports that, during the Christmas Season, the Hotel plays the Main Street USA Christmas loop for which we give our thanks. Please see the entry under Main Street USA Christmas loop for the track listing and source CDs.
Note This is the 1991 release of this album. The collection has been re-issued on later dates with different tracks. It was released in the UK in 1998.
