Would anyone know if they plan on releasing an album with the New York cast (or from the US tour for that matter)? Ashley Brown and Gavin Lee are phenomenal together.
If you have the opportunity to see Mary Poppins definitely take it, you won't be disappointed!

I'm disappointed that a cast album of the Original Broadway Cast wasn't recorded and released as well. It would have been great to have an album featuring that top notch cast!
However, there is a CD sampler with members of the OBC which was recorded in 2007. The distribution of the CD was limited to voters of the Tony Awards and other theatrical awards in the '06-'07 season.
It features the original principal cast singing over the instrumental and chorus tracks of the London cast album.
Eight full tracks are on the recording
1. Practically Perfect (Ashley Brown, Katherine Doherty, Matthew Gumley)
2. A Spoonful of Sugar (Ashley Brown, Rebecca Luker, Mark Price, Katherine Doherty, Matthew Gumley)
3. Feed the Birds (Ashley Brown, Cass Morgan)
4. Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (Ashley Brown, Gavin Lee, Janelle Ann Robinson)
5. Chim Chim Cher-ee (Ashley Brown, Gavin Lee, Jane Carr, Katherine Doherty, Matthew Gumley)
6. Good For Nothing/Being Mrs. Banks (Daniel Jenkins, Rebecca Luker)
7. Anything Can Happen (Ashley Brown, Gavin Lee, Rebecca Luker, Katherine Doherty, Matthew Gumley)
