Well, it looks like the new loop has been added to DLP! According to French forum posts, they're currently using the new loop in the morning and are keeping the old PM loop in the afternoon.

I have tasted it at DLP in april. This new loop is so boring. I don't like it. It's sound "cheap".

Of course, DLRP have adopted the new loop now but only for the morning loop (DLRP has different morning and afternoon loops) and have retained (for the moment) the afternoon one - which was very similar to the old morning one anyway. It'll be interesting to compare both loops.
