Chandler,
Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort.
While we appreciate your interest, CDs containing the compilations of our various resort and theme park background music selections are not offered.
Chandler, we look forward to entertaining you at the Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Please include your full name, E-Mail address, and reservation number if applicable on all correspondence.
Sincerely,
Gail Williams WDW Online Communications
PLEASE NOTE: All information is subject to change without notice and should be confirmed just prior to your visit.
I clearly stated that I wanted a list of songs and not a cd.

Try asking for things like track listings and playlists or just a list of music played at xyz.
Don't even mention CDs as they will pick "CD" out and stop reading - in fact maybe an automatic reader picks out words in the first place.
I have had similar things happen. A second or third reply usually gets a human to read them. Keep trying (hit the reply button on their mail rather than writing afresh whoever/whatever reads the initial email will pick that out..

My second'response:
Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort.
While we sincerely appreciate your interest, at this time, a playlist of songs from our various resort and theme park locations is not currently available.
Chandler, we wish you a magical day.
If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

That generally means that it's (a.) come from another park (b.) was compiled for Disney by another company, (c.) the same person has made too many requests or (d.) they haven't bothered making one.
They may just not be giving out playlists any more, of course.
Getting a reply is a good sign, at least (they often just ignore them).
The replies I have had from DLRP like this are generally that your name has come up too often. Try an identical mail using a different email address. You may get a surprise. I find that more than two requests and you get a reply like this. They may just log the number of mails rather than the content. A few months later, a similar request can get a positive response. I have a small number or alternative email addresses for this purpose.
